1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them:

• "Platform" refers to the ampm1 website accessible at ampm1.onl along with all services provided on it.
• "Member" refers to an individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the ampm1 platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile created during registration, which allows access to all platform services.
• "Funds" refers to money in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or supported cryptocurrency held in a member's account balance.
• "Bonus" refers to additional financial benefits granted by ampm1 to members subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that a member must complete before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with ampm1, you must meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a person who is legally permitted to participate in gambling activities in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Hold only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed.
• Not use another person's identity or personal information during registration.

ampm1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identity documents (MyKad), proof of address, or other documents deemed necessary. Accounts that fail to submit the requested documents within the specified period may be suspended or closed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ampm1 provides a range of local payment methods suitable for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or supported cryptocurrency.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after a request is submitted, depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• All payment methods used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered account holder.
• ampm1 does not charge any internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own charges which are beyond ampm1's control.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ampm1 offers various bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to wagering conditions that must be fully met.

Welcome Bonus: ampm1 offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

Additional bonus conditions:

• Each bonus has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering conditions are met.
• ampm1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit promotions will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account closure.

5 Game Rules and Platform Usage

All ampm1 members must comply with the following general platform rules when playing or using any service:

• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their respective accounts.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any other method that provides an unfair advantage in games is prohibited.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity involving an ampm1 account is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gambling

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions
